Kindergarten
Application forms are available in school office from 1st January onwards on all
working days ( Monday to Friday). Parents & students are called for an interview
with our board of teachers
A healthy & friendly atmosphere is created to make students comfortable.
After clearing the interview parents have to complete the following admission formalities:-
- Duly filled and signed registration form
- Attested photo copy of municipal corporation /local bodies.
- Attested photo copy of SC/ST/OBC, if applicable.
- Registration charges in cash/cheque/DD in favour of Padmawati Sr. Sec School, payable at Bareilly.

Copy of final exams report card of pervious class to be submitted, if applicable. Incomplete registration form, without photograph will not be accepted.

For Nursery class, a Date of Birth certificate should be submitted.
I-XI
Application forms are available in school office from 1st January onwards on all working days
( Monday to Friday). All the forms are scrutinized based on the result of the
students & thereafter they are called for a written test followed by an interview.
It is on the discretion of the principal to accept or reject any application for
which she is not answerable to anyone.
For class XI admission percentage criteria is kept which is displayed on the school notice board after
the class X result.
*No admissions are granted in classes X & XII.
